I have a 2011 Volvo XC60 that supports bluetooth calls but no bluetooth music connection. It's a bit greedy for the connection when the machine is running.) Luckily the device doesn't get power when the machine is off and doesn't steal the connection. Sound quality is excellent - at least as good as 3.5mm from my phone - and latency seems minimal. The forward and back buttons work perfectly, play and pause also work to answer a call. It comes with duct tape and wire clips that stick well - it won't go anywhere unless you pry it really hard. Overall for what I paid for the value and quality of this device I give it a 5/5.
