I usually wear the average size of all other shirts and products. I increased the size based on the reviews saying it was smaller. I definitely had to go two sizes up. The material is cool, you have to wear something underneath, and it's short and difficult to button up because the buttons awkwardly fall under your butt. The shoulders also drop off a lot. It's still wearable, but I wish I'd gone with a different brand.
