I originally ordered this phone because I thought it would work with T-Mobile. It's unlocked after all, I'm not sure what T-Mobile does, but unlocked phones that are NOT T-Mobile don't work as well as T-Mobile phones. So I decided to return this and not risk bad service. They have authorized the return, but postage is NOT paid and they charge a 20% restocking fee. Make sure you don't return the item or you'll lose over $120 on the return shipping PLUS you have to pay for packing and postage.
