These eyelets are beautifully designed and look very nice. I ended up sending the product back because I chose a smaller hole when I was making my own desks for my home office. I wasn't a fan of expecting my cables to go into the opening of these boxes nice, flat, and side-by-side either. I was also concerned after opening the product that it was not possible to secure the hub cap in the hole, but I found that most hub caps also do not secure once inserted into the hole. You simply install them in the opening of the hole and they stay in place. Also, the hole you cut will hold the lid securely when cut to the exact size, which wouldn't be a problem. I only went for smaller holes than these so I returned them. But on closer inspection they are a very good product.
