Screen covers on the detector
As soon as you put the cover on the phone, the screen goes off. When you call, the screen also dims. It took me a while to realize that it was obscuring the detector at the top of the display. I had to take it out of my dremel until I got a new case. The screen cover is sloppy and looks like a big bubble.
