First the bad news. Five months ago I bought a set of these black ink cartridges and two sets of these color ink cartridges well before I needed them. When I installed them recently, my Epson XP-7100 recognized the black ink cartridges but NONE of the color cartridges. I was disappointed because the product description said they would work with my printer. And now the good news. The seller allowed me to return the cartridges for a refund even though the return period had already passed. Thanks very much! Now the secret. I wonder why my Epson XP-7100 accepts black and not color?
