Review on SafeWater Refrigerator Deodorizer: Powerful Fridge and Freezer Odor Eliminator, NSF Tested Food Grade Carbon (1-Pack) by Stephanie Lum

We put this in our mini fridge where we keep our homemade pickles. They have such a strong odor that we keep them isolated. I was hoping this deodorant would be able to deal with them but no luck. I bet it will do a great job of getting rid of normal fridge odors as it has a decent sized carbon insert - larger than what we have in our 26ft 3 fridge. It works best when air is circulating through it. In hindsight, maybe that's why it doesn't work in our mini fridge, which doesn't have good circulation.
