Great quality and fantastic value for money. Do not be shy.

I'll start by saying I'm in IT and built my first computer in the 90's. Now that I'm old enough, I can unequivocally say that Skytech exceeded my expectations with this product. This purchase was made to upgrade/replace my son's gaming PC. I was looking for a mid-range computer that could run pretty much any game well and wouldn't break the bank. Being a DELL guy (say what you will, you can't beat them for value, convenience and support) I settled on one of the new G5 gaming PCs they released not long ago have brought out. i5, 8GB RAM, SSD boot/dual 1TB HDD configuration, 1660 Ti. All for $750. I couldn't find a better deal on these components. Unfortunately they couldn't ship the system before January and I wanted the computer before Christmas. An extensive search for something comparable (available quickly) at the same price finally led me to Skytech. I had to give up Intel for an AMD processor, settle for a single 500GB SSD, and downgrade the 1660 Ti to the regular 1660. But the price was the same and I was able to get it in two days. I decided to purchase and hoped for the best as I had never dealt with Skytech. Other reviews here at Revain were positive and helped my decision. The device arrived very well packaged and protected. Setup was easy and the initial signup and setup went smoothly. (The included instructions were very good. Personally, I didn't need them, but for those not as computer savvy as I am, they were excellent.) The included keyboard and mouse are an improvement over what usually comes with computers . . Much better than what comes standard with DELL systems. There was no reason to replace them, and the keyboard continues the gaming aesthetic with LED backlighting. Nice gesture. I was happy to see that there was NO malware or junk installed on the computer. In fact, the only thing I had to clean and remove was some default programs that came with Windows 10 and that the gaming PC doesn't need. After the installation was complete, I turned off the computer and opened it up to see how Skytech built their computers. The computer case is quite nice and has good build quality. The included ports and connectors are conveniently placed. The cable routing and arrangement of the components in the case are excellent, ensure excellent air circulation and look very tidy. Nothing to fault. In fact, when I opened the computer I noticed that the graphics card was actually a 1660 Ti instead of the usual 1660. I have to assume they didn't have any pre-built 1660 systems and they sent me a step system to make sure The two day old delivery has been made. No one is going to complain about a free upgrade and I certainly thank Skytech for thinking about the buyer and not their bottom line. It's a small thing, but such a gesture/decision by the company goes a long way in ensuring I buy computers from them again in the future. It's been about a week since my son has been using the system and there haven't been any performance issues or complaints. The system works great, stays cool, runs quietly and looks fantastic. Although I thought I would take a small step from Dell to get the computer on time, I can say that I am 100% satisfied with this system and so is my son. (I've included some pictures of the system with and without the flash so you can see it under his desk.) I will be doing business with Skytech again in the future. Guaranteed.
