Review on Smart Ink Compatible Cartridge Replacement Computer Accessories & Peripherals in Printer Ink & Toner by Erik Sanders

Let me start by saying these cartridges are amazing value for money! $80 for a single HP 920XL OEM compared to $20 for a TWIN PACK of this product. Skeptical? Of course! Especially since every time I remove and replace cartridges in my HP 6500A, the printer keeps me stuck with all sorts of incompatibility messages and failures. After struggling with this for several hours, I contacted Smart Ink and their CS Mgr., Anthony, provided further guidance. Eventually, after endless "(C/M/Y) cartridge missing or damaged" messages, I got to a message saying "Non-HP cartridges were detected" and I managed to bypass it. Now the printer works fine and will probably work until the next time I remove the cartridges!
