I had a problem of my own making and these people treated it like they were the cause of the problem. Delivery was very fast, next day. The packaging was excellent and the product was of high quality. I particularly liked that the cartridges are transparent so you can see how much ink is in the cartridge. I read reviews that their printer didn't recognize the cartridge. I haven't had this problem. Replaced two cartridges and went to print! UPDATE: First 5 stars, now only 1 star! Black and yellow ink only lasted 25 prints and now NOTHING! I tried to send a message to the seller but I couldn't. UPDATE: Replaced two other HP branded cartridges (which weren't empty!) and now it prints. Let's see how long!

Let me start by saying these cartridges are amazing value for money! $80 for a single HP 920XL OEM compared to $20 for a TWIN PACK of this product. Skeptical? Of course! According to the description, the HP printer should recognize. Apparently this was not the case, as others before me had discovered. There is no support service that you can contact for help. The only thing anyone suggested was to do a printhead cleaning. The printer will not allow cleaning because it does not recognize the cartridges. Back to Paying More for HP Cartridges

DOES NOT WORK for HP Office Jet Pro 6978! Although they should work, they don't. BUT I'm giving 3 stars upfront as a few minutes after contacting the company they said I could exchange them for the correct cartridges through Revain. If all goes well I will give this review 4-5 stars just for the support itself.

Thought I'd try this ink instead of buying HP inks and it worked for 2 pages which were printed on different days, but when I wanted to type something this week. Nothing. blank pages came out. I've run a print report etc, cleaned the printhead etc, but still no black ink. It prints the colors in squares in the print report/tests, but nothing comes out when I print the document. Sent a message, we'll see what they say. This was for the HP 6500A printer
