I had a problem of my own making and these people treated it like they were the cause of the problem. Delivery was very fast, next day. The packaging was excellent and the product was of high quality. I particularly liked that the cartridges are transparent so you can see how much ink is in the cartridge. Unfortunately I can't use the ink yet to judge the quality as I ordered 920XL instead of 902XL, all my fault. Before I figured out how I made the mistake, Revain tech support spent a good 40 minutes getting it to work. Now I know why it didn't work. Although it was my fault, Revain offered me a free replacement as a priority. Technical support call in Europe is a toll free number and I only waited a minute or two for someone to answer the call. After we figured out what I had done, the technician offered me a 70% discount on the correct ink.
