Liked price and size with 3 outlets

When I travel I have a SRAP machine and if necessary I carry an extension cord with me. Sometimes it seems like I can find fewer outlets and have to plug everything into one outlet. So I pack one of these sockets in my CPAP bag and the other in my travel bag. I thought of an extension cord but sometimes it was too big. It fits in tight spaces and doesn't require extra weight when flying.
