I bought my first cactus brush from The Body Shop over 20 years ago and have been buying it ever since. They were no longer made in the USA for a short time and I was panicking! Dry brushing is amazing and the health benefits are well documented. You can take one of these brushes, which has had about a day to dry, after your last shower and give yourself a vigorous full-body bristle scrub before you get wet. It may seem rough, but you get used to it, and your skin and muscles will thank you! They couldn't be better for cleaning. I use them with soaps, bath gels and so on. Just rinse them thoroughly, disinfect them regularly and don't leave them wet after use. They last up to 2 years.
