Smoke Gray is darker than 5th Generation Carlisle Smoke Gray

But it still looks good. Spring pins are used to determine the size of the bracelet, which you insert with the tool provided and pull out a little, after which it falls apart. It was a little harder to put together the first time, but then it got easier. Looks solid and should hold up.
