Saggy On Belly Area

I have been buying from this store since 2018. Size XL, launched a few years ago, actually fits my dog's chest and belly snugly. But I like that it's small because this material is stretchy which means it's not too big for my dog. My last order arrived today and I am very disappointed. I ordered XL which is the usual size I order but the ones that arrived today are too big and even if I order a size down the shirt belly really sags.
