Review on 🚗 Metra 95-5812 Double DIN Installation Kit for Ford Vehicles 2004-up - Black by Matt Kucrud

Worked great on my 2005 F250. I gave it 5 stars because for the price it's about as good as it gets and because there are so many different radios, all with slightly different fits and shapes. It fits my two din atoto android radio very well even without modifications. I filed the bottom and sides of the dash a bit and a small washer could have been used for a perfect top. I also need to route the floor where it will be bolted on so the floor is flush with the dash. I'll wait for all of this next time I pull out the radio, it's not perfect but good and it's a lot easier than trying to line up the metal braces that come with the radio. The studs in this series are ideal for top-to-bottom and side-to-side installations. The only areas that might need some tweaking is how the radio's bezel sits in relation to the bezel. The dash kit isn't to blame, even if the double din radio isn't up to exact standard. In general, you can expect a little tweaking to make it perfect.
