Review on GrayDrop by Daniel Elgee

I like that it's so simple, but also very customizable! It has helped our team have more control over how we schedule pickups/deliveries with clients in real-time without having someone else do all of this work (i'm talking about scheduling). We are able solve issues where there was no way before - now they can be fixed immediately instead waiting until after hours or even days later when things get backed up because people aren't responding as quickly anymore due too time constraints during normal business operations.
