I have been practicing law with them since 1987, so it's not like they've changed their game at all! They are very responsive - quick turn around times from when you submit your issue until there actually being resolution or approval by an outside party (such as another judge). Their billing rates aren’t outrageous but neither was my previous employer nor any other large firms where bills would be several hundred dollars more per hour than what SMR&H charges me now. If you're looking solely for billable hours then look elsewhere; however if quality legal services AND responsiveness matters most consider staying here. The support team works extremely hard behind-the scenes solving issues without having anyone know about those problems unless specifically told otherwise.
