I've used several different types of wrist braces and this is by far the best. The programmer is here. My pain is not in the carpal tunnel (up and down) but in the external nerve (back and forth). This brace has plastic inserts on top that help control side-to-side movements. it reminds me of the tortoise shell on my arm. it washes well (I put it in a mesh bag and toss with everything else). I can't sleep without it!
