Smaller than expected
When I read it was 11" x 9" I thought it would be perfect for carrying my papers to the courthouse. Unfortunately, the inside of the bag is only 7-3/4" x 10" so my papers won't fit in unless slightly folded. I would classify this item as a small handbag, it definitely doesn't fit as a backpack. It's very cute and appears to be of decent quality, it's just going to be smaller than they claim.
