I recently ordered a pair of K-Swiss Court Express men's tennis shoes through the K-Swiss online site. I am an avid fan of K-Swiss tennis shoes having bought Grancourt shoes for the last 24 years but K-Swiss discontinued them in favor of newer synthetic shoes like Hypercourt or Ultracourt which was a huge mistake. Overpriced and bad quality. I decided that the Court Express model was the closest thing to the Grancourt model, so I ordered them directly online from the K-Swiss website. It came in about 5 days. Excited to receive new tennis shoes, I opened them up and found black stains on both laces of each tennis shoe. What a disappointment. K-Swiss has no quality control when placing and shipping orders. The rule of thumb is to test the item before it breaks rather than sending in a defective item. I called K Swiss. I spoke to Lisa in the Philippines who apologized and updated me on the return process. She sent me a return label to my email. As soon as the defective shoes are received by K-Swiss, another pair will be sent to me as soon as possible. She told the warehouse to have another pair of White Court Express ready for me. Large. I sent the faulty shoes back directly via Fedex. I tracked their return and a few days later K-Swiss received a defective shoe. I then get an email from Lisa informing me that there has been a 'misunderstanding' with the warehouse and they are out of Court Express shoes to compensate me for the defective shoes which I have sent back . What! how could it be They won't get any more Court Express shoes until the end of October and only in colors, not what I ordered. So due to their incompetence I had no luck getting the shoes I ordered. I asked Lisa to refund me $63.13 to the credit card I originally used to purchase the shoes. She informed me there would be two returns, one for $46.57 and the second for $16.56, but it might take 10-12 business days. They refunded $46.57 and sent me a confirmation email regarding this. Then K-Swiss decides to refund me only $16.00 instead of $16.56 because it's a billionaire company that needs that 56 cents to balance their accounts or maybe they want to trade their clients for a short sum, because they don't have it to give a full refund if they don't want to. Well it's a joke. K-Swiss, you should be ashamed of your lack of quality control when sending out faulty orders, your operators' incompetence in dealing with warehouse workers who couldn't hold a pair of Court Express shoes to ruin a bad order. nice and managerial who cannot make a simple deduction based on my total booking to refund the correct amount. Additionally, K-Swiss (Lisa) sent me another email with a 15% discount on a future purchase of K-Swiss Court Express tennis shoes that they don't have in the color I want. Thanks for nothing K-Swiss. You really need to take a course in customer service because you don't give a fuck. The only thing you can do to redeem yourself is send me my initial order for FREE then I might consider buying from K-Swiss again. Otherwise it's Sayonara!
