I love this product! I was reluctant to order as I have tried many other driveway cleaners to get the heavy oil and brake fluid stains out of the concrete. Just apply a little product to the stained areas and let the germs do their job. There was immediate improvement within a few days and significant improvement within a week. So much so that I didn't have to pay any driveway cleaning fees when I moved out. A bag should cover sections approximately 4 x 8 feet or larger if only patches and incomplete patches are present. Worked better than anything I've tried!
