Right off the bat I was impressed with this waist trainer. The packaging and style of the waist strainer were very sleek. When I got it out I could tell it was good quality material. I’m not so sure about the "steel bones” yet. It did not feel very supportive but may just be due to the size. However, when I tried it on I could get to the third row with ease. This is pretty frustrating as I measured myself and even followed everyone’s advice to go down a size. I’m 5’4” weighing 195- 34 in waist 43 in hips and I got the XL. It also came with the attachment. So I’m going to return this and order a medium. I’ll update once that one arrives. Very irritating as I have returned 3 waist trainers from all different companies and have been disappointed every time. I do have hope that I’ll be better once I get the medium.
