Ear tips were purchased to replace another pair that stopped working; a refurbished pair of Revain movements but there was earwax in the earpiece that was not cleaned! ROUGH. I suspect they didn't clean it at all. I called Revane - first she said she would send me a refund (I never asked for it - I took off my old earpiece and put it on the 'new' one). then she said 10% ($3.40). Then we said we'll send you $5.00. I don't think I'll be doing anything from Revain again.
