As I work a lot at home I put this on top of my regular desk to make a nice standing desk. The table rises and falls on legs and rotates. Both functions are very useful. Two notches for a laptop and a mouse (or whatever) are very useful when flipping the table. I use the mouse's notch as a palm rest when I'm typing because it's a soft rubber thing. You don't have to spend a lot of money for bar tables, it works great. It is very light, durable enough for daily use.
