I like that we can create reports for all our clients. It's easy to access everything you need, such as accounts receivable or sales information. There are so many different modules available with this program that it makes sense to have an admin person in your team who knows how to use them effectively. Some customization would be nice - but not much at this point. We're using Sage X3 Accounting software, which has been very effective since its release almost 15 years ago. The ability to pull data from anywhere within Sage X3 and create custom reporting was what sold us on using Sage X3 instead of another accounting system.
