With the level of identity theft being so high, I figured it was time to add some protection. I bought this for my husband to store all the cards easily and without bulk. He carried all his cards in a phone case and the rest in a bulky wallet. Now he can carry everything in one place and doesn't feel bulky. I don't know much about RFID protection, but there's nothing wrong with other additional protections. Good product, thinking to buy it for all the men in my life
