I really wanted to get into photography but didn't have a big budget for it, so I bought this camera with high hopes on the recommendation of a photographer friend. This is fantastic. The first few weeks I had it, I took it everywhere with me. It takes sharp and clear pictures, and since it doesn't record videos, the battery seems to last forever! Yes, it's not a high-end camera with all the bells and whistles, but a great entry-level camera for anyone wanting to get into photography.
