UPDATE 2-13-21: Well I got a new belt last week. So far I haven't had any problems with it, I just take it. He goes to take a shower and recharge his batteries. The case has withstood normal use and rigorous training at the gym. Changed the rating to 4.5 stars just because I got the lemon for the first time. Customer service was amazing. I never contacted her. They contacted me after seeing my comments about the return. So it gets 3 stars because: 1: it was 3 packs for about $16.2: they were comfortable and different colors. 3: And THIS is the problem - the flame didn't fit securely into the case. Every time I bent my wrist, it jumped out of the body. Update 03/21/2020: The seller contacted me and sent me a new bracelet free of charge. Excellent customer service. If the case is good, I'll update my review again.
