Well I love glass nail files. I received this product about 2 weeks ago. I am wondering if the item I received was defective and not standard quality. On arrival I noticed a weak spot in it and it appeared to be slightly cracked but not broken in half so I didn't mind because I was still able to use it. Until today, when he had to fall very briefly on the carpet in his suitcase. It broke into many pieces. I wouldn't mind trying another file from this company as I really feel like I just received a file that is not the best quality but I am very disappointed as it was the only glass file I have at the moment had and I no longer use them regularly files.
