Update: The seller contacted me after my initial check and offered a full refund. They were very apologetic and promised to check the quality of the print on the tape. I hope they can improve the quality as the band was very good from the start. 2 stars for the original quality of the bracelet and excellent customer service. I was looking for a bracelet that was dressy enough to wear to work (I'm a teacher) but not just boring black. This strap is beautiful, soft, comfortable and easy to install. The instructions say not to wear it to workouts, which I'm fine with because I have a silicone strap for that. I put this tape on on a Wednesday and wore it all week and weekend and by Monday the color has faded so much it looks awful. I can't wear this with my work clothes. I am very disappointed that the band is looking so worn after less than a week. Given the price I didn't expect it to last forever but I definitely expected it to last over a week!
