I recently switched to this brand of food after 10 years on Blueback after I took my dog to the vet and the vet mentioned recent studies showing all protein foods like Blueback are bad for dogs (ask I don't know how I found the studies and they are correct but I didn't have time to go into all the details) anyway she recommended this brand so I bought it and my dog immediately liked it. He definitely seems to have more appetite and more energy now that he's eating more carbs with this meal and I was impressed with the size of the packet and the actual size of the pieces. After buying this I'm so glad I stopped feeding him Blue Desert. Not only was it more expensive for less, it was terribly small kibble, which when marketed to large dog breeds you would think would make larger kibble. I don't know how I haven't understood that in ten years. Be sure to buy it now. Puppy happy, I'm happy, definitely worth a change
