Review on High-performance Balega Silver Compression-Fit Running Socks (1 Pair) for Men and Women by Allen Wagner

I'm new to running and I'm serious about choosing the right clothes for my feet. So I went to my local running store in Dallas (Run Fit) to get my shoe size (I'm an 8.5B but 9.5D in Brooks Adrenaline 20 and NB 860v10 so my feet have room to turn when I run and they both work great!). I followed the size chart for my foot size and bought a medium size which meets my expectations. I chose Balega socks based on reviews and recommendations from other runners. I love these Balega Silver socks! I bought a set of 2 pairs in different colors (see photo) and now I have about 12 pairs so I have more than enough to change since I run 4-5 times a week. the price for it is acceptable (I saw woolen socks for $ 25 and decided to refuse for the time being). In the end these socks were worth their weight in gold in the wet June/July conditions at 95+ Tex and I would happily buy them again! ---------------- UPDATE -- ------------ After wearing these socks for 2-3 months, most colors will hold up well except Orange. For some reason, orange threads have snapped below the inner ankle. I don't know about other colors. Hope that helps.
