I bought this product for work as I am now working remotely. This webcam was delivered to me on January 30th and has worked flawlessly until recently. It stopped working on March 30th, so I had it for about 2 months. This was a big disappointment. Mine was defective but now my return window has closed. I can't even return it, get my money back or anything. The webcam just doesn't show anything and I've already checked ALL the settings. So if you buy this product you might gamble. I'm not entirely sure how customer service works. So if I get a replacement and a refund I will definitely upvote the review. I will update later.
