Review on Golf Swing Impact Bag by Intech by John Miranda

My husband has been playing golf for a long time and has picked up many useful tools and a few tricks over the years. He likes this. His words: What I love about this punch bag from Intech: When not in use, it can be transported and stored flat. Helps improve ball movement at impact. I tend to slow down my swing on impact and this bag helps me feel the hip movement and shoulder rotation during the swing. Although the stick stops when it hits the bag, your shoulders, hips, and legs continue to rotate. This is good practice for me to correct a bad habit. For this exercise, I try not to swing more than 70%. It's a nice place for me to get the right feeling. It's also a good warm-up before hitting the track. There is a loop that can be attached if you can't lean it against something solid. Since it arrives empty I stuffed it with old sheets and towels. Just so you know, it makes a little noise when you hit it. As with many of these reviews, we just have to see how durable it is. I'll let you know if anything comes up after further use.
