This hand mixer has a turbo speed function that is placed in the worst possible place to use it. It is almost impossible not to accidentally press this function with your hand when mixing, causing the dough to splash and fly. Why do you even need a turbo speed button? If I need to mix faster, I just increase the normal speed! If I hadn't tried the blender a few times already I would have sent it back. This is my main criticism of this product and if I could disable this feature I would! And why can't the manufacturer make the lowest speed 1 really slow? Even that speed is too fast for weak batsmen.
