Review on 🔮 ER CHEN Battery Operated String Lights: 33ft Waterproof Purple Fairy Lights with Timer for Bedroom Wedding Party by Tara Laven

This is an updated review of my previous ones. In my previous review I stated that I bought these lights over a month ago and used them on my bike to make them more visible to riders at night. They worked great for the first two weeks but then the wire broke so they wouldn't turn on rendering them unusable. So I posted a 3 star review with that explanation. Then, a few days later, I was contacted by a representative via email. by Candy. She was very understanding and apologetic and wanted to make amends by sending me a new ray of light. I thought it was a good gesture so I agreed and confirmed my address. After confirmation she sent me a tracking number for new lights and thanked again. So I knew I had to change my rating to 5 stars based on two main points. Firstly there was no guarantee or anything I saw about replacing a product if it broke. So to me it meant that she felt really bad and was doing her best to make things right for me. That's what I mean by excellent customer service. And secondly, not once during our conversation did she or anyone else ask me to write a review or change the one I had posted. Not once. I found this to be such a breath of fresh air, because in this world where so many other companies ask for good reviews, sometimes even before you get the product, it's all about tweaking the algorithm in their favor. Basically, they care more about themselves and their reputation than the consumer. So I was pleasantly surprised that Candy never asked me to do it, which ironically led me to rewrite it anyway. People like Candy are to be commended for providing excellent and professional customer service without seeming needy or pushing boundaries. This shows that good people work there. With all that being said, I got my new standard headlights a few days ago, fitted them to my bike and they've been working fantastic ever since. Thanks Candy, your customer service is excellent and it shines as bright as the lights you sell and it's super bright. I highly recommend checking out these lights. For your health.
