This Level 199Z arrived brand new and triple boxed plus wooden case. Perfect condition, no defect on the device. It's really good after delivery. Remember that you have to calibrate this sensitive level every time you travel to a new place. When you get to work, the level has to wait until it's the same temperature as the room or car to even out. I use the Starrett 199 level a few times a week and got tired of checking it in my toolbox so I bought my own. Got it for 1/3 the full price from Revain and don't know why but very happy. This is a great level and iconic tool.
