I love this option for your keychain. I just bought a 5 pack to give away to friends and family. The only problem is that the screw can turn and all your keys will fall on the floor. Personally I use a strap that attaches to a key ring to keep the keys from slipping off one side of the key fob in case it comes loose in my pocket and on the other side of the key fob with the big end of the screw. I choose the first key that has a small enough hole so keys don't fall off that side of the keychain. But a small rubber tube slipped over the screw part also prevents the screw from turning.
