If possible, put it in the freezer

Two packages received and one given away. It keeps the wine cool but I had to leave it in the freezer for a few hours to get it cold enough. It's easier to put ice in it. That means I paid too much for it. However, it looks beautiful and my girlfriend loves her gift.
