They are very reliable, always available online to answer any questions we may have (which can be few).

The interface seems quite complicated at first but it really isn't that hard once you start using them for your own needs. We used their services with our other domains where they parked about 300-400 websites per month so far! Nothing in particular I'd like better; if anything could improve upon what's already there maybe? It was just something new when creating more web resources from one of my clients who needed some extra income by making several affiliate sales sites out of his site/blog - he had no idea how much traffic generated each day etc., because most people know nothing else than GoDaddy or Godaddy as an option which could easily put us into trouble later down stream haha.
