First the seller sent me a ballast other than the ICN-4P. for 4 T8 fluorescent lamps. I contacted Raven. Received call back and picked up by UPS. I order another one from another seller and he sends me a ballast of the correct ICN-3P32-SC T8 ballast model for 3 T8 fluorescent tubes. Although ICN-4P. The ballast can be connected to 3 T8 fluorescent lamps but no connection instructions are included and I'm not sure if it needs additional wires connected. Otherwise everything works fine so far. I'm not sure how long the warranty is but I'm sure Revain customer service can help me with that as well. Fast delivery.
