Not as nice as in the photo.

Item arrived on time and very well packaged. Upon opening it, I noticed that the size of the sensor was much smaller than expected. And much smaller than stated in the description. I then put on one of the helical nose rings and wore it for several weeks [cleaning and sanitizing once a week]. I noticed that the "stainless steel" has darkened a bit. This leads me to believe that the material is not stainless steel at all. And probably very cheap metal. I will not repurchase this item. And hopefully I can find a better quality nose ring.
