Yes, met my expectations. I don't think it's made to tow your car. The wheels are not designed for long distances. I didn't know this, but I wasn't planning on towing it since it's only 10 gallons. The wheels are only there so you can roll it from the truck to the junkyard. My black tank is 8 gallons so it's perfect, you never have to fill it to the brim, you need room for the gas to expand. Do not buy this if you have a 10+ gallon tank or plan to tow it to a landfill. Get a bigger one that has a way to tow it.
