Product issue but excellent customer service.
Arrived earlier than expected. I bought this laptop to replace an old and slow ASUS. So far it's working great! Good processing speed is very easy to set up. Very happy with my purchase. EDIT: After using the laptop for about a week it started freezing which is disappointing but the seller's customer service was top notch. The seller responded to my messages very quickly and processed the return very quickly. Although the product didn't work properly I would buy from this seller again with no problem.
