They looked great when I received them, but when I put them on they stopped communicating. I found that YOU MUST DISCONNECT THE WATCH CONNECTION. When installed correctly, it provides a snug and secure fit, but the typical residue that builds up at the connection point over time can prevent the connector from fully engaging. I took a damp rag and cleaned the joints on the clock and cleaned the slots with a toothpick. Once I did this the product clicked properly and firmly and it worked great. Clean the clock connectors before installation! It's a secret!
