The ability to organize everything in one place, creating event flows has always been such an issue for us when planning events! It's so easy with this software - you can create multiple different types of schedules (even if they're not exactly what we need), use it as reference material throughout our process or even just have "reminders" sent out by email automatically once certain tasks are completed/started that day etc.. I wish there was more flexibility regarding which templates were available at any time but overall their support team is very helpful whenever issues crop up!! They do charge $15 per user annually though unfortunately however worth every penny because having all your tools together under 1 roof really does save everyone tons upon hours during production / logistics stages :).
