All 4 packs were individually wrapped marked Ann S. However as you can see from the photos the red shirt must be XXS. My little Shih Tzu weighs 4.8 pounds. The red shirt runs very small. The other three are right. I think someone grabbed the shirt wrong. I'm not sure if they will send me a replacement shirt. The other 3 suit him. He loves wearing clothes. He's so tiny, I think it helps him stay warm. They are lightweight and perfect for summer. I'm giving it 3 stars for three commensurate with the sizing and fit.
