I like how easy it makes creating dashboards for my department - we're using this system in several different ways (dashboard creation/data analysis) so being able to do everything from one place has been fantastic! Sometimes our dashboard can get slow when there's lots going through at once but nothing too major yet.

If you are looking into something similar then definitely give it some time before jumping straight onto an upgrade if things don't work exactly right or your needs change after implementation. We've got all departments working together within just 1 database which means everyone knows what each others jobs entail without confusion between areas etc., plus its very useful having access everywhere via web browser rather than needing multiple logins per area / function.
