Works well. after setup is complete

I bought this product because it is Mac compatible and serves my purpose. The software is basic but it works so I'm happy with it. Normally that would be worth 5 stars to me, but the installation process. whoops Simply put, the "Quick Start" guide is neither quick nor introductory. For those of you looking for a way to read and encode cards based on a GUI, you don't even need to bother with the manual. You won't find any helpful guides there unless you've worked with similar tools for years. Just go to the company's website and click until you find a download with the word "gui" in the title and continue. It took me 30 minutes. and I'm a developer. My parents would have thrown this thing in the trash before they figured out how to use it. If only the seller would actually read that. PLEASE put clear instructions in the box. do yourself a favor Pretend you've never seen one of them, open the box and follow your own instructions. Oh and. much luck.
